The Your Eurovision Song Contest December 2013 was the 7th edition of the Your Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Brussels, the Kingdom of Belgium, following K3' victory in the November 2013 edition with the song "Waar Zijn Die Engeltjes". It was announced during the meeting of the Head of Delegations in November 2013 that the dates for the two semi-finals would be 9 December 2013 and 16 December 2013, with the final planned for the evening of 23 December 2013.
46 countries took part during Your Eurovision Winter 2013, with Brazil, Czech Republic, Kosovo, Latvia and Slovenia returning. Algeria, Greenland and Indonesia took part for the very first time. Armenia, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, New Zealand, Switzerland, Ukraine withdrew from the competition.
In the end, The Netherlands won the contest with Sandra van Nieuwland and her song 'Hunter'.
After the winner's press conference, YE.BE announced that the December edition would take place in the capital of Belgium, Brussels, in Forest National (Vorst Nationaal in Dutch).
A total of 46 countries took part. A number of 22 countries participated in each Semi-Final with 12 of them qualifying for the Grand Final from each Semi-Final. The host country and the lucky country joined them in the Grand Final.
The official tagline for the contest was 'Just Shine!'.
